How to order/ ordering process
On this website you can either order one of the high quality dresses/ tunics or t-shirts out of the standard collection or design your own.
Little Stylist collection
In the collection you can take your pick out of several styles. First choose the desired style, then the color and size. After this you can place the item in the virtual shopping basket. You will find the shopping basket on top of every page. When you click on the icon, you can see and change the content.
Design your own dress, tunic or shirt
Designing your own product is easy and can be done in just a few steps. Please follow the instructions on the top of the pages. If you find any ambiguities, do not hesitate to contact us.
Ordering process
After adding the items to the shopping basket, your order is not definite yet. This will be the case after you have registered and clicked on the button “confirm order”.
After placing an article in the shopping basket, you can either choose to continue shopping or to confirm your order. When you choose to continue shopping, you can follow the same steps as before. When you decide to confirm your order, you will be forwarded to the registration form. Here all information required to ship your order will be requested. If you are already a customer and we know your details, you only need to login. After completing the registration process, you will find an overview of your order including the costs involved. Please check this information carefully and click on “confirm order” when you agree with the order. After this you will be automatically led to the payment process, click here for more information about this subject. Only after payment of the order, it will be processed by us. You will receive a confirmation by email.
Payment methods
Little Stylist accepts the following payment methods:
Banktransfer (international with an IBAN and Swift number)
After placing your order, you will receive instructions by email to pre-pay your order.
Online payment using I-Deal
Customers with a Dutch Bank account can also pay by “IDEAL”. Because payment authorization is immediate, we can process your order immediately after placing it. We don’t charge extra costs for online payments.
Processing of the order starts when payment has been received.
Choose your size
To find out your size view our size chart for exact measurements per model. You can find the size chart on the product page. Be aware: the clothes are liberally measured. In case you want to wear the pleated dress as a tunic, we advise you to order a size smaller than your actual size. Customized dresses can not be returned. Do you want to design and order your own article, but in doubt about the size? Please contact us before ordering, in order to avoid disappointments.
Transport costs
To ship your order, Little Stylist charges shipment- and administration costs.
Within the Netherlands
For orders of over € 50,=, we don’t charge any costs for deliveries in the Netherlands. For orders below 50 euros the delivery costs are € 3,50.
Europe, other countries
For orders of 1 or 2 articles that have to be shipped to countries in Europe (with the exception of Holland) we charge € 4,95 shipment costs. For the shipment of 3 or more articles we charge € 7,95.
Outside Europe
Shipment outside Europe is also possible. For orders of 1 or 2 articles that have to be shipped outside Europe we charge € 8,95 shipment costs. For the shipment of 3 or more articles we charge € 12,95.

All orders will be sent by TNT post to the delivery address as indicated on the order form. We try to send orders as much as possible in an envelope, so you don’t need to stay at home to accept the parcel.
Delivery time
Products of the standard collection will be sent within 2 working days after receipt of the payment. Ordered customized articles will be sent within 5 working days after receipt of the payment. In case you have ordered several articles at the same time, we try our best to send them all in one go. The article with the longest delivery time determines the delivery time. In case of a special request to receive the other articles sooner, please contact us to check out the possibilities.
Right after we have shipped the goods, you will receive an email from us. From this moment delivery times of TNT post will apply. Within Holland TNT states to deliver envelopes and packages within 2 working days. For European countries (except for Holland) envelopes will be sent using priority mail, expected delivery time will be 2-4 business days. For parcels the expected delivery time is 4-7 working days. Please note that this information is an indication provided by TNT Post and that we cannot guaranty any delivery time based on this information.
Cancellation
As soon as the order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. The reason for this is that the orders will be processed immediately, to achieve the shortest possible delivery period. Of course articles can be exchanged or returned, with the exception of customized articles. Click here for more information about our exchange and return policy.
Return and exchange policy
Our aim is satisfied customers, that are happy to wear our clothes. We do our utmost to inform you as accurately as possible about the articles we offer and to offer you articles of the best quality. In case a product for any reason does not meet your expectations it can be returned or exchanged. Please note: this does not apply to articles that have been made especially for you. Customized articles can therefore not be returned. This is in conformity with the legislation for remote buying, indicating that purchases that have been ordered custom made cannot be returned. To avoid disappointment we advise you to contact us if you have any doubts about your order for a customized article.
To return articles we ask you to notify us within 10 working days after receipt of the delivery by sending an email to returns@littlestylist.com, listing your order number. After this you will receive a return form by email. You can send the completed return form together with the articles back to Little Stylist. Costs involved have to be paid by you. Do not forget to stamp your shipment. Not stamped or understamped shipments will not be accepted. In case you want to exchange the articles, we will send you the new articles and stamped at our expenses.
Little Stylist is not responsible for the return shipment. You as the sender are responsible for the delivery of the shipment to our office.
You will receive an email confirming your returns after your notification of the return shipment via email and receipt of the returned goods. All correctly returned goods will be refunded within 5 working days to your bank account, excluding the delivery costs. In case these costs were not charged because your total order amount was above € 100,= and the new order amount will be lower than € 100,=, we will balance the costs with the refund. Banks have their own processing periods, so it can take longer than 5 working days before the money is transferred to your bank account. Little Stylist cannot be held responsible for this.
The clothing can only be returned or exchanged in case it is still in the original state. The clothes should not have been worn or washed and should be returned undamaged.
We only accept exchanges or returns that meet the above instructions. In case Little Stylist has not received any notification in writing concerning these returns within this period, Little Stylist is deemed to have fulfilled its obligations regarding the delivery.
Complaints
Satisfied customers are of major importance to Little Stylist. In case you have any complaints about our products or services, please let us know. We request you to notify us as soon as possible by email (info@littlestylist.com) or by post (Staringplein 12 HS, 1054 VL, Amsterdam, Holland). We will do our utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible, in mutual understanding. When notifying us, please also provide your email address and/ or telephone number, so we can contact you.
Change of personal details
To change your details you can send us an email to info@littlestylist.com, so we can make the necessary changes for you.
Privacy statement
Your personal details will be added to the client database of Little Stylist, so we can inform you about developments at Little Stylist. In case you don’t want this, you can inform us by email: info@littlestylist.com. All personal details will only be used by Little Stylist and will never be given to third parties, unless this is needed with regard to any payment process or the delivery of the goods. You have the right to check and change any personal details in our possession. Requests to check your personal details or complaints about privacy can be sent to Little Stylist, Staringplein 12 HS, 1054 VL, Amsterdam, Holland. Info@littlestylist.com.
General terms and conditions
On all offers, orders and agreements of Little Stylist attached Terms and Conditions will apply. The acceptance of an offer or the placing of an order imply that the purchaser automatically accepts the stipulations set out in these General Terms and Conditions. If under 18, your parents or guardian shall have to accept our conditions before you will be able to register and make use of this website or of any of this website's services.
